Do you already have a KPI document of what you want to measure?
First you need to decide how often you want to collect the data to measure? Once a week, each month or year?
Did you set a goal for your marketing? Example how many Sales, leads, opportunities should be generated based on your activities?
Then have a plan for gathering all that data and point out who is responsible for collecting all data.
Make sure your measuring supports your goals.
